About Us

Glenn Cronk M.Ed.(C), Owner

I have had the honor and privilege to work with thousands of clients over the length of my career. The auto insurance system in Ontario is in my opinion the most comprehensive in the country. That excellent coverage however, necessitates a very complicated system where all parties could benefit from having an expert in case management and vocational rehabilitation working with them. That expertise is focused on assisting the client in obtaining the direction they need to access benefits and related care that will allow them to return as close as possible, to the life they were living before the accident happened. All parties involved benefit from early, effective, and goal oriented intervention.

Glenn spent many years in Halifax, Nova Scotia before moving to London Ontario in 2004. He holds a B.A. and B.Sc. (psychology) from Mount Saint Vincent University and a M.Ed.(C) Masters of Education in Counselling, from Acadia University. He has managed a region for a national vocational rehabilitation firm and acted as a team lead for an accident benefit insurer. He has worked as a vocational rehabilitation provider for a life insurer and acted as an accident benefit specialist in the personal injury department of one of the most respected law firms in London.

Glenn has extensive knowledge of the community and health professional resources needed to assist survivors of an accident collision in their recovery and rehabilitation process. He brings a unique skill set to the challenges clients face because of his experience in both a plaintiff and defense oriented work environment. Glenn's work experience, and his counselling training combine to provide all clients with an exceptional level of service.
